About Us:
In response to the foreclosure problem in Detroit, the Detroit Homeownership Preservation Enterprise (Detroit-HOPE) was formed.
Detroit-HOPE, a group of nonprofit housing organizations, mortgage lenders, and the City of Detroit, has developed several initiatives to address the growing incidence of residential foreclosure in the Detroit area.
These initiatives include the development and marketing of a homeowner helpline, homeownership preservation counseling, and homeowner education workshops.
